“Watch your thoughts, for they become words.
Watch your words, for they become actions.
Watch your actions, for they become habits.
Watch your habits, for they become character.
Watch your character, for it becomes your destiny.”

NPC's of Note:

With a well established reputation across both the Old World and the New as a shrewd businessman and masterful social engineer, Hans Madsen ended a long absence from the spotlight of direct Camarilla Politics by bloodlessly taking Praxis of Seattle from then-prince Jean-Lionel Martin. As Madsen has forged his name by redeeming lost causes and salvaging profit from seemingly impossible odds, many suspect that taking the reins of a chaotic domain like Seattle is simply another calculated investment for this prototype merchant prince.

Madsen's public history dates farther back than the Camarilla itself and he has been a staunch supporter of the Society since the Convention of Thorns. Madsen's political star began to rise centuries ago in Prague where he served as Harpy and guided the City's political character through multiple Praxis and wars both supernatural and mortal. During the industrial revolution, Madsen excused himself from direct political action, choosing to travel the world and sell his services as a master trainer of ghouls and Kindred otherwise marked as 'too incompetent to live'.

Having spent the better part of the last two centuries as a respected Elder-About-Court in the sleepy domain of Aspen Colorado, Madsen shocked his peers neighbors by throwing his lot in with the turbulent fate of the Emerald City. With allies and a support network that spans continents as well as the mercantile acumen and political savvy that earned him his place among respected elders centuries ago, many suspect Madsen's seemingly impetuous and bold taking of Seattle was in fact the culmination of many years of effort and intrigue.

Whatever the purpose or truth behind Madsen's rise to the Throne of the Emeral Domain, the one fact that those familiar with him can agree upon is that Madsen has no love of power for its own sake and that this Princedom is simply another step in a long, well planned series of moves in the great game of Elders.

Colin Hart cut his teeth in the Pennsylvania coal mines, and learned everything he ever wants to know about owing one's soul to the company store.

Early involvement in the labor unions got Hart singled out for the Embrace by an insignificant member of the Movement, and Hart has never looked back since.

Hart's experience with union negotiation made him a sought after man in every town that knew the local Camarilla had more guns than they did, and eventually he found himself in charge of one of the newest hotbeds of Anarch action - Portland, Oregon.

Since Portland's fall to the Sabbat, Hart has been keeping his people alive as best he can from the town of Vancouver, Washington, and using every trick he's ever picked up to gather allies to take back what is his.

Wandering the globe for at least 300 years, exploring Kindred lore and mythology, Beckett may be the one of the greatest historians and archaeologists of the Kindred world.

Beckett is a rare Gangrel: well connected and educated, he has cultivated contacts and allies around the word from the ranks of mortal and supernatural alike, though few know him well.

Known over the world for coming and going as he pleases and always appearing when "interesting" items, books, scraps or stories appear, Beckett is also notorious among Kindred scholars for his theory that the story of Cain and Abel is actually a myth, representing human civilization's move from hunter-gatherer into agricultural society. How this is connected with vampirism he is not sure, but if anyone can find the evidence and discover the truth, Beckett can.

His knowledge of ancient lore, linguistics and fighting skills is perfectly complemented by mastery of a number of Disciplines outside the usual purview of the Gangrel. His skill with the Gangrel trademark disciplines is such that he often travels like a wolf, and he was known to run the length of a football field under the scorching sun.

Providing the appearance of little more than a Tremere functionary in some greater scheme, Quintus Blackthorne is an accomplished blood-magician, administrator and tedious, detail-oriented, while at the same time arrogantly oblivious cog in the massive machine that is Clan Tremere.

A former instructor at the Vienna Chantry, Quintus was reassigned to Seattle to perform some arcane task that only his clansmen are aware of and makes little logical sense even to those who share the Chantry with his impressive ego.

If Quintus Blackthorne understands his place in the pyramid structure of the Magus clan or not is unclear, but he didn't get where he is by asking questions of his superiors. In many ways this makes him the perfect Tremere; obediant, intelligent but not too observant or curious, fastidious, loyal and powerful. Cross him, and his normally drab sense of imagination will suddenly come to life, and he will devise intricate manners by which to teach you the error of your ways. And of course, nothing makes Quintus Blackthorne more content than order and unquestioning loyalty to House and Clan.

Calebros is a former Prince of both the Seattle and New York Domains.

He is credited with solving the crime of murder against former Clan Nosferatu Justicar Petrodon, who was murdered by a Tremere Antitribu and a Giovanni. Calebros is credited with the capture and destruction of both.

Calebros was also instrumental in the re-taking of the New York Domain from the Sabbat, having been present at the battle of Throg's Neck, a battle in which a key figure in the Sabbat, Cardinal Polonia, met final death.

After the siege of New York was successfully ended by the Camarilla, Justicars Lucinde of Clan Ventrue and Jaroslav Pasceak of Clan Brujah arranged to support a popular Clan Toreador member, Victoria Ash as prince of the New York Domain. Much to the surprise of the Justicars and the Primogen council of the domain Victoria Ash refused the Princedom. Seeing an opportunity to put forth his own candidate for Prince, Nosferatu Justicar Cock Robin suggested Calebros to the council, who agreed to accept him as Prince.

Unhappy with this turn of events because his own candidate was not chosen, (nevermind that she herself had refused it) Brujah Justicar Pasceak issued an order stating that Calebros's position as Prince of the New York Domain was 'provisional' and that without final ratification from the Camarilla Council, no mere primogen council would be able to 'elect' a prince. Calebros could stay and help the domain rebuild until such time a more suitable candidate arrived.

Notified of trouble brewing in the Seattle Domain and hearing rumors that Victoria Ash had changed her mind and had designs on the seat of the Princedom in New York, Prince Calebros opened up a dialogue with Malkavian Justicar Maris Streck regarding the fate of Rose Carmichael, the de-facto Prince of the Seattle Domain. The Justicar had determined that Rose Carmichael was unprepared for her role as Prince, and that the Camarilla could not afford to lose another west coast domain to Anarchs or Sabbat.

Prince Calebros offered to use his resources to assist Prince Siegfried of the Vancouver Domain in retaking the domain from the Sabbat in exchange for quietly abdicating the Princedom for the New York Domain for the more manageable domain of Seattle, former home of the deceased Nosferatu Justicar Petrodon.

With the arrival of the noted Ventrue from Boston, Isaac Goldwin, Calebros and Goldwin had a very public and vicious spat, whereby lines were drawn, and faced with a city seemingly divided against him, Calebros abdicated the domain to Goldwin's claim of Praxis and slunk back into the sewers with surprisingly little resistance from the Fecal Regal.

Calebros is rumored to have gone south to the war-torn city of Los Angeles.

Rumored to be Prince Calebro's broodmate, Emmett is Calebros's right hand and a primary source of information. Emmett distunguished himself to the Camarilla during the Siege of New York, where he helped organize Camarilla strike teams that decimated Sabbat holdings within New York, and was instrumental in gathering the largest force of Nosferatu ever assmbled for war.

Entering the Emerald Domain before Calebros arrived, Emmett was able to effectively provide reconnisance and information about the west coast domains that Calebros wished to emigrate to, and knows more about the denizens of the Seattle domain than any of them would like.

Where Calebros is the statesman, Emmett is the fighter, scout and when needed, 'garbage man'. Those few who know him think he likes the job just fine.

Emmett is presumed to have followed his broodmate Calebros into LA.

Occasionally dubbed, 'the North American Enigma' the seemingly indomitable and oft-times Prince of Vancouver B.C., Canada, Siegfried is a study in contradictions. Ventrue, yet staunchly Independent. Respectful of Camarilla concerns, yet expertly capable of deflecting attempts upon his throne by supernatural heavy-hitter and Camarilla politico alike. The last few decades of Siegfried's rule has seen him destroyed by Lupines, killed by Sabbat, torn-apart by the alien Kindred of the East and undermined by Justicar-backed political usurpers intent on taking Vancouver for themselves... at least, that's what the rumors said.

Yet each time, Siegfried has returned to his throne, glibly announcing that 'rumors of my death' at the hands of whichever threat is making the rounds of the Harpy circuit at the time, 'are highly exaggerated.'

How does the wily Ventrue do it? Just as many rumors abound about that as to his nearly legendary survivability, many owing to the 'supernatural council' he reportedly keeps, a court where Lupines engage in open discussion of treaty with the 'leeches' they so dislike, and the Eastern Kuei-jin are given leave to pose and politic in an open Elysium. There are even rumors of other creatures with an ear to the Prince as well, mysterious Magi and wild descendents of the Fae, among other, more esoteric oddities. True or not, the domain of Vancouver B.C. is without a doubt one of the most openly cosmopolitan of any Kindred-run city in North America. And while the prevailing wisdom would would seem to indicate it a more dangerous city for a Prince to rule, not less so, somehow Siegfried remains, to spite the occasional rumors of his demise.

Victoria is the current Prince of the New York Domain.
After beig instrumental in minimising the damage caused by the Sabbat's fierce Siege of Atlanta, Victoria Ash became a renowned Toreador among her peers and excelled in the 'art' of politics.

When she was practically handed the position of the Prince of New York after the city was retaken from the Sabbat, however, she turned it down for reasons no one is quite sure of.

The snub to the ruling council in New York was so great however, that when Victoria returned to Paris, her status soared, as few had ever dared to turn down a princdom in so dramatic a fashion.

Though she turned the position down, and evantually became the Prince of the New York Domain after Calebro's abdication, rumor has it that she has it out for Calebros because of his manipulations regarding the position.

Queen Ann Bowsley as she has been called for centuries is the reigning Prince of London. A Ventrue, Prince Bowsley is a highly recognized member of the Ventrue Higerarchy, called the Euphorate. She and the court of London are some of the most influential Kindred in the world, and few princes of the Camarilla demand more respect.

Prince Ann has a sterling record of backing up the Camarilla and supporting it's actions, especially against the Sabbat. She and her court contributed over 2 Billion dollars toward the defeat of the Sabbat in New York, and recently send funds to assist with a little demon problem in Seattle.

Allies with both Prince Calebros of Seattle and Prince Ash of New York, the White Queen treads a fine line between two warring factions that is impressive to behold. None can deny her nobility, nor her political savvy, and it is rumored that she herself deposed the former Prince of London, and Ancient Ventrue called Mithras by force alone. If that is true, her physical might may be almost as powerful as her throne.

Brujah

Archon to the Malkavian Justicar Maris Streck, the inscrutable Chimera is one of the Camarilla’s assistant ‘Kingmakers,’ often called in when smaller domains are without Princes and require special attention. A madman himself, the Malkavian Chimera fancies himself a knight in the service of a holy, or unholy cause, conflicted by two sides of his tortured psyche, the Devil, and the Angel.

Chimera was involved in Prince Calebros’s succession to the Emerald domain when he arrived to herald his approach at the behest of Justicar Streck. Once there, Chimera proceeded to contact the de-facto Prince at the time and arranged to slip into a Primogen meeting in order to spy on the would be councilors and diplomats of the domain, and determine how best to represent them to their new Prince, and he to them. That meeting resounded across the entire domain, and upon hearing the news that Chimera was indeed an Archon of the Camarilla, the council was shocked to see how much their discourse in front of him mattered to the face of the domain.

Often charged with escourting Camarilla dignitaries from one place to another, Archon 'Rix' as he is called is a stiking, if silent figure. Not possesed of a great wit, Rix neither cares for or dispenses idle chit chat. Boasting over thirty Sabbat kills, it's clear Rix wasn't made an Archon because of his witty banter.

Rix recently visited Seattle to escourt a Sabbat diplomat into the domain on a supposed mission of peace. While Rix despises the Sabbat,  being a good 'company man', he agreed to the perilous task of navigating the many egos and potential threats that the Emerald Domain had to offer to bring the Lasombra Emmisary Samuel Vinson befor Calebros's court.

Later he would escourt another important figure in the domain's history - one Rose Charmichal, former prince and herself an Archon in training back from her Emmisarial duties to the Sabbat controlled domain of Atlanta, former home of Prince Victoria Ash, and current home to the vile and vicious Sabbat Archbishop, Sascha Vykos.

Shatter is a conundrum wrapped inside an enigma within a mystery with a cherry on top.

She is single-handedly responsible for liberating former Grand Harpy Troy McKain from the hands of Blaze, a brutal Brujah Archon with a reputation for taking no prisoners.

Shatter is also rumored to be quite gifted with oracular abilities... assuming you can understand a word she says. Whimisical phrasing and hopelessly riddle-like rhyming couplets and prophetic bouts of iambic pentameter make her difficult at best to understand.

Still, she's a formidable opponent in a fight, owing to her unpredictability, and is well known for her skill with computers.

Brujah by blood, Grand Harpy of North America, Erin O'Seanessy hails originally from Emerald Isle of Ireland, where she was mortal many years ago. It is perhaps ironic now that she exerts such influence over the Emerald Domain as Grand Harpy.

Fiercely loyal to the Camarilla, O'Seanessy is a far cry from the usual playboys and debutantes that have haunted the position of Grand Harpy in the past, seeming to personify the more brusque and to-the-point nature that both her blood and her charges in the Americas tend towards.

This isn't to say that she lacks refiement, however. Centuries immersed in Camarilla politics have found her well-prepared to deal with the nightly intrigues and scandals that are the crux of her employment. As an Author of Authors, her word has weight that Princes and Justicars heed, lest they fall prey to dangerous rumor and gain the unwelcome notice of the Camarilla Council itself.

Smiling Jack is the quintessential Anarch Elder, which is to say that almost the entire Anarch Movement venerates his name, and he just doesn't give a damn. Politicos and warmongers among the Camarilla cannot deny that the Camarilla's tentative toehold on the Anrach Free States throughout California and Oregon would have long ago come to fruition were it not for the machinations of this single Kindred and his almost childlike love of foiling the Camarilla's best laid plans for subtle domination.

More difficult still is nailing down the whereabouts of this elusive Elder (or Older as the Anarchs call him) who has been accused of having doubles and dopplegangers througout the free-states, all claming to be the origional Jack. Whether this is by design, or simply an attempt by idealist Anarchs to copy the ex-pirate's undefinable cool, it has proven a sturdy enough ploy that some of the Camarilla's best trackers have come up empty-handed when trying to locate him. Some believe that Jack has even gone so far as to embrace look-alikes so that a Tremere seeking to track him by blood will end up getting merely another hapless Neonate to question.

Jack has been declared to have met Final Death by every major sect; Sabbat, Camarilla and even Anarch at least once if not more, but still manages to pop up. Most recently he is wanted by the Camarilla for suspicion of deploying explosives to remove a Sabbat enclave in Los Angeles (an action which put a strain on the Masquerade), stealing an important Camarilla artifact (which one is never discussed) and is sought for questioning in the attempted assasination of the first Prince of Los Angeles, one Ventrue, Sebastian LaCroix who very shortly after the attempt, abdicated the Princedom to a Brujah and vowed never to return to Los Angeles again.
